Your tasks:
- Competent advisor for the users; Windows environment, user support, as well as troubleshooting and their elimination.
- Creation and maintenance of users and their authorisations
- Installation and configuration of user PCs
- Support of the IT administrator
Your profile:
- Current expertise in IT support
- Very secure handling of PC and common office software
- Independent, conscientious, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Team player, flexible and strong communicator
- Good written and spoken English
