With the delivery of the Proto-Flight Model of the Centralized Power Supply Unit (CPSU) for the 2nd Generation of the Galileo Mission (European satellite navigation) of the European Space Agency (ESA), ASP has once again demonstrated its expertise in the development and manufacturing of Power Supply Systems for space applications.

Major milestones were achieved throughout this development:
• September 2021: Requirements Review
• July 2022: Preliminary Design Review
• December 2022: Delivery of the Elegant Breadboard
• November 2023: Critical Design Review
• August 2024: Delivery of the Engineering Qualification Model

Now that the CPSU has been successfully qualified, the production phase for 5 Flight Models has already begun. We are excited to continue supporting the Galileo Mission with additional CPSU Flight Models.
