When ASP-Equipment moved into its own headquarters in Salem (Lake Constance region) in 2015, a new era began for the company: The sophisticated process world for the development, analysis, production and testing of power electronics for space was given perfectly organized premises. With our company headquarters, we also combine contemporary architecture, rooms flooded with daylight, barrier-free access and an energy concept geared to sustainability.<\/span><\/p>\n

Also with regard to the local traffic concept, we have paid attention to a perfect connection of the company to public transport when choosing the headquarters: Thus, ASP is connected to the Bodensee G\u00fcrtellinie between Friedrichshafen and \u00dcberlingen by the Salem-Baden train station, or to numerous bus lines, which are within walking distance.<\/span><\/p>\n

Already in 2018, the groundbreaking ceremony for the 2nd construction phase took place, with the aim of accommodating the business growth of the company. Thus, an expansion of the clean room area to a total of 700m\u00b2, as well as a significant enlargement of the development laboratory and the canteen with a sunny terrace in the inner courtyard took place.<\/span><\/p>\n

The European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) also found the building concept to be worthy of support under the guiding principle of “innovation and energy transition”. We not only generate environmentally friendly renewable energy with the solar system on our roof, but also air-condition the entire building 365 days a year with heat pump technology as a clear statement of responsibility for the careful use of energy and the protection of our planet.<\/span><\/p>\n
