We were delighted to welcome the State Secretary of the <\/span><\/span><\/a>Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labour and Tourism<\/span>, Dr. Patrick Rapp<\/span><\/span>, to <\/span><\/span><\/a>ASP Equipment GmbH (ASP)<\/span> <\/span>on July 30, 2024. Also among the guest was Member of Parliament Klaus Hoher<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/span> <\/span>from Salem. In addition to an interesting tour of our cleanroom, we had the opportunity to exchange views on economic policy topics both within and outside the aerospace industry. Our CEO, Dr. <\/span><\/span><\/a>Reiner Strobel, noted that while <\/span><\/span><\/a>ASP is doing very well overall, further significant growth is primarily limited by the shortage of skilled workers. In this context, there was a discussion about the proposal of a project to further qualify engineers from the automotive sector for the aerospace industry. Other topics included the \u201cwelcoming culture\u201d for foreign professionals \u2013 raging from Blue Card issuance to childcare and integrative leisure activities. <\/span><\/span><\/a>ASP<\/span> <\/span>already employs staff from 16 different nations. RoboCup Junior EM 2023 waren nun die beiden Teams der AG die \u201eBodenseepythons\u201c und die \u201eBodenseegiraffen\u201c sehr erfolgreich und konnten sich jeweils den EM-Titel in der Kategorie \u201eSoccer Lightweight Entry\u201c bzw. \u201eSoccer Open\u201c sichern.<\/p> Wir gratulieren den Teams ganz herzliche und freuen uns auf eine weitere Zusammenarbeit im Rahmen von Praktika und Ferienarbeiten!<\/p>
