Today is all about health, prevention, and movement – in cooperation with Techniker Krankenkasse.
Around 30 employees have the opportunity to take part in a Back-Check – a professional assessment of the strength of their back and abdominal muscles – followed by a personalized consultation with a physiotherapist.
An active lunch break is also being offered, giving everyone a chance to recharge together for the rest of the day. 🧘♂️🤸♀️
