Responsibilities:
- Define potting concepts for new products in close coordination with electronics development
- Define and support the mechanical design of potting molds
- Operate, set up, and retool potting machines and associated equipment
- Perform manual or automated potting of electronic components, connectors, housings, and cables
- Prepare components and potting materials
- Monitor the potting process to ensure quality and productivity
- Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Analyze and resolve problems and defects in the potting process
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training or a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in process engineering or a related field
- Strong technical understanding
- High level of accuracy, manual dexterity, and quality awareness
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Experience with potting or injection molding equipment is an advantage
- Good command of German and English, both written and spoken
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with ERP systems complete your profile
