Responsibilities:
- You will support our development and manufacturing projects for space electronics and ensure that customer requirements are implemented both internally and by our suppliers. You will be responsible for the required documentation as well as reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- You will develop concepts and measures to ensure compliance with quality standards and carry out material- and process-related qualifications.
- You will ensure that deviations are properly documented and that approvals and customer decisions are implemented within the organization.
- You will plan and conduct supplier audits as well as perform acceptance inspections both internally and at supplier sites.
- As part of our Quality Management team, you will support the compliance with and continuous improvement of our internal processes.
- You will apply various quality assurance methods (e.g., FMEA, 8D methodology, flowcharts, Ishikawa diagrams).
Requirements:
- You hold a degree in Electrical Engineering/Electronics or a comparable field, a technician qualification, or an equivalent certification.
- Ideally, you have several years of experience in quality and product assurance (e.g., in space, automotive, or medical technology industries).
- You are familiar with quality assurance tools such as FMEA, 8D methodology, and Ishikawa diagrams.
- You have the ability to work independently in a complex environment and possess strong assertiveness combined with a collaborative mindset.
- You are fluent in English and have a good command of German.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing and/or the space industry is an advantage, but not mandatory.
