Yesterday, ASP Equipment GmbH once again hosted its now well-established Newcomer Event. 🚀
In the welcoming atmosphere of Restaurant Reck’s, an open and engaging dialogue emerged among more than ten new colleagues — and, of course, with our management team as well. The focus was on getting to know one another, having honest conversations, and truly arriving as part of the team.
Alongside gaining authentic feedback on the onboarding experience, we placed strong emphasis on embracing fresh perspectives. These impulses help us continuously improve what we do and remain open to new ways of thinking.
The evening concluded with an excellent shared dinner, providing plenty of space for personal and informal exchange. 🍽️
