ASP-NEWSASP presents at the ISD202229. September 2022

ASP-Equipment presents the newly created product structure at the International Supplier Days 2022 at ESA ESTEC in Noordwijk, Holland. ASP’s aim is to present to the space market the unique ASP strategy regarding currently available and future upcoming power electronics products for spacecraft. Great interest is generated by the Spica PPU available on the market (www.spica-ppu.de), a PPU configurable for different electric-propulsion-thruster technologies in the power range from about 300W to 1,200W, according to ASP’s Head of Marketing Thomas Hintze.
In addition, ASP is actively preparing a PCDU product strategy based on GaN FETs, which is attracting considerable attention because of its sophisticated modularization concept and compelling form factor. Generally well received is the product structure implemented in 2022 for the product groups: Satellite Platform, Satellite Payload, Launchers, High Voltage Power Supplies and Ground Segment.
